"Bei Ingo gibt es nicht nur die leckersten Fischbrötchen auf ganz Amrum, sondern auch immer einen schönen Schnack. Die Fischbrötchen werden frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Hier kommt man gerne wieder - nicht nur einmal oder zweimal, sondern so oft es geht. In unserem zweiwöchigen Urlaub waren wir bestimmt 5 Mal hier."

"Direkt am Parkplatz zum Nebel-Strand ist die Fischbrötchen-Bude 54 Nord. Wir hatten ein sehr leckeres Baguette mit Krabben und Majonäse, das preislich zwar durchaus gehoben, sein Geld aber wert war. Man sitzt ganz nett. Verkäufer war ein Original. Wir kommen wieder."

"Matjesbrötchen waren lecker und mit je 2 Filets belegt. Leider etwas trocken da sie beide komplett ohne Remoulade oder ähnlichem bestrichen waren aber sonst top."

"Das Nordseekrabben Brötchen was eines des Besten die ich je gegessen habe. Mit Knoblauchsauce sehr zu empfehlen. Der Rest ist so einfach und doch sehr gemütlich. Mit dem Herrn hinter dem Tresen ist auch ein schöner Snack nach Friesenart möglich. Gerne wieder!"

"Die Fischbrötchen hier waren auf der Insel wahrscheinlich mit Abstand die besten und auch preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Man wurde fast immer sofort bedient und musste nur selten warten. Es gab außen gute Sitzgelegenheiten die mit Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet waren und sehr sauber waren. Insgesamt 5/5 Sterne, Top Restaurant"
